This policy explains what data Mediants Solutions LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both our online stores and the internal software we use to operate them. If anything here is unclear, email us at admin@mediantssolutions.com.

Information we collect from customers

• Order information — name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the items ordered, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits of the card, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information — pages viewed and similar analytics, used to understand how our stores perform.
• Correspondence — messages you send us, kept so we can answer and keep a record of support history.

Google account data

Our internal software connects to Google services for the advertising and merchant accounts we operate. When someone on our team connects a Google account, they grant access through Google's own consent screen. We request the following, and use it only for the purposes stated:

• Google Ads data (adwords scope) — we read campaign, keyword, cost and performance data, and create or adjust campaigns and budgets, for the Google Ads accounts we operate. This is used to run and report on our own advertising.
• Google Merchant Center data (content scope) — we read and update product feed data for the merchant accounts we operate, so that our shopping listings reflect accurate prices and availability.
• Basic account identity (openid, email) — we read the email address of the Google account being connected, solely so the person connecting can confirm they have selected the correct account.

How Google data is stored and protected

Google account data is held in our own infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by the automated jobs that need them. Access is limited to the small number of staff who operate the accounts, and can be revoked at any time from the Google account's permissions page or by contacting us.

Limited Use disclosure

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not sell Google user data; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve our own operations, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising outside the accounts it came from; and we do not allow humans to read it except with explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

How we share information

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and analytics providers — and only to the extent required to perform their role. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Correspondence is kept while it remains useful for support. Google account tokens are deleted when access is revoked or the connection is removed. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@mediantssolutions.com and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and the infrastructure that runs our stores and internal software is operated from there. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and may also be processed by service providers in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — for those transfers.

Children

Our stores are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email admin@mediantssolutions.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is material, we will highlight it on the site.
